How can I fix the Taskbar bug from windows 11?

My Windows 11 taskbar has a weird behavior that I consider a bug. Let me explain, I have restarted my computer and some automatic apps are loaded, The apps that I have pinned to the taskbar launch normally, and when I launch some other application like Chrome or Edge all the applications pinned to the taskbar that were launched disappear, when I open other apps the taskbar come to its previous state where were the previously launched apps, and keep doing this again and again (sometimes I got the previously launched apps and for no reason, it changes to another list of the launched app). Is there a fix for that or is this a new Windows 11 bug or behavior?
