Why am I repeatedly being asked to upload domain purchase invoices?

I'm trying to complete identity validations for the trusted signing account. I was repeatedly asked to upload domain purchase invoices or registry confirmation records, despite having submitted them multiple times.

Could you please clarify the specific document needed and whether there's a required format for submission?

@Lasni Please provide the domain registration or domain invoice from registration or renewal that lists the entity name that is being validated. If it is not possible to provide additional documentation, please update your domain information to match the documents already provided. All documents submitted must be issued within the previous 12 months or where the expiration date is a future date that is at least two months away. Probably we are not meeting one of the criteria and hence why you are being requested the same document.

I also have same problem, but the thing is my domain purchase receipt is under my name, not my company. They asked me after to provide a website showing name, address, contact information, and location of organization and I did that, but now they are asking me to provide domain purchase invoices or registry confirmation records again.

Check for contact information in your domain

this can be issue.
I had really old data there not taking care about it until now when I've need it

I've also had purchase invoices on me but contact info (and whois records)n showed something totally different
