I can not use Startups Founders Hub credits on azure

When I click "visit redemption site" the result is like below, "You're not eligible for the sponsorship benefit". But I have 1000 credit on my founders hub account.

When I go to https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Balance and it says "This account does not have an active Sponsorship.". I don't understand the logic here. I have credits but I can't use it. Screenshot 2024-05-20 at 14.12.10

Because your issue is rooted in subscription management of a sponsored plan, the most prudent course of action is to create a support request, specifically for Founders Hub, which you can complete at the Founders Hub support team.
