According to the error message, there are several troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Disabling cached mode fixed this for my client. Control Panel> Mail > Email Accounts > Change > More Settings > Advanced > uncheck the box to "Use Cached Exhange Mode".
- Disconnect your work school account through settings and then reconnect it.
