I was invited to collaborate as an external user with one of our customer's organizations.
However, after accepting this invitation I lost access to my main organization. How is this possible? How can I roll back this?

your issue could be related to switching directories. When you accepted the invitation to collaborate as an external user with your customer’s organization, you might have been switched to their directory. This could have led to the temporary loss of access to your main organization.
Could you please switch the directories and check.
I tried that, but the only directory available now is the customer's one. My user has no main organization either since I accepted the invitation.
