Microsoft Developer account sign up not working "Something went wrong"
Attempting to sign up to Microsoft Developer account, I get "something went wrong" on most pages.
In particular the payment page, on the occasions I'm able to get to it, won't let me go any further.

recommended I submit a ticket here:

but in my case, at least, that is also not working.
It the support ticket page is requiring me to select a "Workspace" before I can submit a ticket. But I have no workspaces available to select, so I can't submit a support ticket either.
I'd be hugely grateful if anyone knows how to sort it out. I suspect I need someone from Microsoft to do something on their side.
