Hi, I have been ask to create new DL with list of 100 users but the user shouldn't be allow to click-expansion to see who is in the DL. I cant create Dynamic Distribution Groups as users are in different department/Job title. Is they anyway I can stop user clicking on expansion to see who is in the DL

To disable the Distribution List (DL) expansion in Office 365, please follow these steps to create a policy in the Intune Admin Center:
Navigate to Intune Admin Center:
- **Select Platform**: Windows 10 or later.
- **Profile Type**: Setting Catalog.
Search and Enable the Setting:
If in 365, create a 365 group or create a DL with hidden membership on-prem or in 365:

I have done this but still I can see the user in list
It's possible that the property hasn't been propagated to all Exchange servers in the organization. You could try waiting for some time and check again whether the property has been applied. Alternatively, you could try restarting the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service on the Exchange server to force the property to be applied immediately.
If you are still having issues, you could try removing the distribution list from the Outlook cache and then downloading it again.
its been more then a week still its not working
Sorry to hear this doesn't work. Have you tried restarting Outlook or updating the address book manually? Additionally, if users are using Outlook in cached mode, they may still see the old cached version of the DL. You could try switching them to online mode temporarily to check that the DL is hidden. If it still doesn't work, to troubleshoot the issue, check the Exchange server logs for any errors related to DL properties or address book updates, or try testing with a new DL.
