Displaying Adobe Bookmarks in Sharepoint PDF

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to do this, as the default SharePoint PDF viewer does not support displaying bookmarks. I found suggestions for improvements to this feature in User Voices.Many features of current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future. You can vote on this question. I'll help you too.

You can open the PDF in the browser, which will allow you to see the bookmarks in the outline panel, but they will not be highlighted or follow the page fit rules. Maybe you can try this method to see if it works for you.

Alternatively, you may be able to use a third-party PDF reader that supports bookmarks as a workaround, such as Mozilla's PDF.js. Considering that it's outside the scope of our support, this is just a suggestion.
