Unable to sign up for the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program

To allow users of our web app to register with Entra ID, I've created a tenant, added a custom domain, set it as primary domain, and registered an application. It works and users can register/login with their Microsoft accounts.

However, we are still listed as "Unverified" as publisher, something we of course want to fix.

As I understand it, this requires us to register as a partner for the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program here. But I'm unable to:

I click the "Become a partner" button
Select "Build" and "Next"
Click "Sign in as Organization"

After confirming my email address, I get the message "To enroll in one of the following programs Sign in again using your work account." And that's where it ends... How can I solve this as to verify as publisher of my application?

What e-mail are you trying to sign up for? Do you have a Microsoft Business account?

The email address I'm using is the email address of a company (so not outlook or gmail, or something like that).

Where can I see if I have a business account or not? And if don't have one, how can I create one?

I created the account via https://signup.live.com/signup (and then entered my business email address).

The Microsoft Partner Center tag only handles questions about registering a developer account and publishing apps to the Microsoft Store. Your question out of the scope of the tag.

I'm afraid I can't ask a question there: it requires me to select a "Workspace", which I apparently don't have.

All I want to do is for users to be able to authenticate for our web application with their Microsoft account (which is now working) and to have us verified as the publisher of the registered application. It's been such a frustrating user experience, to be honoust.

We have been trying to solve this for weeks now, the support is also not helpfull as they always refer to creating a ticket at https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/support?stage=1 which is not possible because we can't select a workspace. Also updating or seeing or legal info does also not work in the partner center as the whole page stays blank. How did you solve this issue?

We are having the same problem. We enrolled in the Windows Desktop Application Program through the Partner Center. However, when trying access the Insights workspace to use the program, we get a "Something went wrong..." message with a link to contact support. We can't create a support ticket though because the Workspace dropdown there is empty.

Hi , I got the same error trying to enroll to MS Partner program,
Although I'm logged in with my company (MS365) email account, and I'm a Global Admin to my company, cannot see ANYTHING on partner center, and cannot open a ticket because I don't have access to a workspace !!

I got the following error while trying to verify my company to Partner Center User's image

The output from raising a question to : https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/support?stage=1?
just redirects me to ms documentation WITHOUT opening a support ticket at all !!

Pls provide any specific detail on how to overcome problem, or raise a ticket & speak / chat to an MS person

I got the same error.

completing all the necessary steps outlined in the Microsoft documentation, the verified badge is not appearing next to my Publisher display name.

Here are the steps I have followed so far:
-> Verified my business in Microsoft Partner Center.
-> Verified my app's publisher domain.
