Can not see Reading Coach option in Reading Preference of Immersive Reader

Iam currently working on a project about the immersive reader, and I use the SDK to help me develop. The one I use is quickstart-python, and it shows that the source code is using SDK v1.3.0.
However, I can not see the Reading Coach option in Reading Preference of Immersive Reader, which is supposed to be there when successfully launch.
Did anyone know the reason?
