How to correct this Outlook error with correlation ID

I have a customer who is getting this error. I already cleared the roaming cache. It did not help.

    However, due to a recent update in forum policy, the question author now is not able to accept their own answers.

    Solution:

    The answer to this was to allow mailbox delegation from the Exchange Admin center since the accounts were technically Exchange online.

    Thanks for your reply!

    There are several Office 365 and exchange accounts with this user. Only one exchange account is failing

    Do you mean that the issue occurs with one of his accounts? If so, are these account in one organization?

    And what's the account? Exchange online?

    In order to further confirm if the issue is related to the account, it's suggested that you could try to add the account in Outlook on other machines to check if there're any differences.

    Thanks for the input. I had a support call in with MS. The answer to this was to allow mailbox delegation from the Exchange Admin center since the accounts were technically Exchange online. The end user had been using the accounts in Outlook without issues. Not sure what changed on MS end.
