Could you please post the error logs.
The location by default is: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\160\Setup Bootstrap\Log
There is a summary.txt file and many subfolders created every time the Installation wizard is started. In those subfolders, we can find a Detail.txt file.

Uninstall Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server then run your sql server setup afresh.

The screenshots are not helpfull, View and Read SQL Server Setup Log Files instead.
It seems that there have been some accident in your PackageCache. Maybe a manual cleanup?
What you could try is to download the MSOLEDBSQL driver from https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2119738 to somewhere on your disk. Then point that Browse dialogue to that download.
