Export PowerPoint Handouts to Word combining Slides, Notes and Outline.

I am working on many PowerPoint presentations that need to be reviewed, updated with tracked changes and translated. This would be greatly facilitated by being able to export the slides to Word, combining the Slides, Notes text and slide text content in a 3-column tabular format so I can see them all side by side. I can see the handouts option to print or export slides with notes beside, and the option to print an outline (slide content text), but I want to combine these three elements. Is there a way to do that without painstaking cutting and pasting?

    Hi @Remillard, Jocelyn (HC/SC),

You can use the "Create Handouts" feature in PowerPoint. Here are the steps:

    1. Open the PowerPoint presentation you want to export.
    2. Go to the "File" tab and select "Export".
    3. Select "Create Handouts" and choose the layout you want (e.g. "Notes next to slides" or "Notes below slides").
    4. Click "Create Handouts" and choose "Paste" to paste the handouts into a new Word document.

    1. Select all in Word and search "Convert Text to Table". Set Number of columns to "3" and Separate text at "Tabs".

    Test result on my end:

    Hope this may help.
