You can use the "Create Handouts" feature in PowerPoint. Here are the steps:
- Open the PowerPoint presentation you want to export.
- Go to the "File" tab and select "Export".
- Select "Create Handouts" and choose the layout you want (e.g. "Notes next to slides" or "Notes below slides").
- Click "Create Handouts" and choose "Paste" to paste the handouts into a new Word document.
- Select all in Word and search "Convert Text to Table". Set Number of columns to "3" and Separate text at "Tabs".
