I have windows 11 and I got a message from someone telling he needs a marketing service. Gave me a zip file which he told contain all the necessary info. I downloaded the zip file, scanned it through Bitdefender Antivirus. It was all okay. It had a .SCR File in it. which I think caused the problem.
I also got a critical threat error from my antivirus and also all my google accounts were logged out from chrome.
Now everytime I boot the PC, a CMD Prompt pops up and vanishes within a second. I captured it using my phone. It has:
off;
C: \Mindows\System32>powershell.exe -windowstyle hidden -command "& 'C:\Users[User Name]\AppData\local\Public Program\Intel
Please help me remove this Virus/Malware/Trojan
Thanks

Hello there,
If you suspect that "Intel Service.exe" is malware on your laptop, it's essential to take steps to remove it immediately. However, please note that "Intel Service.exe" is not necessarily a malware name by itself; it could be a legitimate file related to Intel drivers or services. To ensure you are dealing with actual malware, follow these steps:
Verify the File's Legitimacy: First, determine if "Intel Service.exe" is a legitimate system file or part of an application you installed. Malware often disguises itself using legitimate-sounding names to avoid detection. To do this:
a. Right-click on "Intel Service.exe" and select "Properties."
b. Check the file's location and digital signature. Legitimate files usually reside in well-known system folders (e.g., C:\Windows\System32) and have valid digital signatures from the manufacturer (e.g., Intel Corporation). If there's no digital signature or it's from an unknown source, it might be suspicious.
Scan for Malware: Run a comprehensive malware scan using reliable antivirus or anti-malware software. Ensure your antivirus definitions are up to date. If your current antivirus doesn't detect or remove the malware, you may want to try a different reputable antivirus program.
Boot into Safe Mode: If the malware is actively running and preventing removal, boot your laptop into Safe Mode. In Safe Mode, only essential system processes and drivers are loaded, which can make it easier to remove the malware. To enter Safe Mode:
a. Restart your laptop.
b. As your laptop starts booting, repeatedly press the F8 key until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears.
c. Select "Safe Mode" from the list using the arrow keys and press Enter.
