Hi,
We have rolled out Intune to all our devices and have had no issues until now. This is the error that we are getting when enrolling the laptop. I have checked and removed all other accounts enrolled, but still continue to get this error. Can you please help on how I can resolve. Thanks.

i have disabled IPV6 then its working fine and enable to connect entra id
Hi just to update, I ran a full Windows Update, Device drivers update, and upgraded to Windows 11 has resolved the enrollment issue for the users laptop.

In my case, it was a Corporate Firewall issue. The Network team checked the connection attempts from devices reporting this error (at the Event Log "Microsoft-Windows-DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider\Admin") in the Firewall log and found out that Intune connection was being blocked. After allowing the connection, devices slowly started to show up as "Co-Managed" (yes, we enabled Co-Management at SCCM) in Intune.
Hope this helps anyone with the same issue.
