How to deploy outlook template after insert data and use data info in subject and body

hi All...

I have some question here. 1 have text box, drop down, check box and a button.

Data Input

TxtBox Data Input : Animal

Drop down Input : Veterinar Dept

Button

check box on : send email

Button to insert data

When I click Button and check on, data will insert to database and outlook template will pop-up with details below:

To: ******@outlook.com

Subject: Data Animal has been added!

Body:

Please refer link: Animal for further details.

if check box is off and i click button, data will insert without email pop up.

Hi @y.ari ,

What steps did you do so far, what problem did you encounter, maybe you can provide your code.

I think you can build a template yourself and then get the data from the database.
