Hi folks, I am trying to submit an app ( Product ID: 9PJ5R5JLB2W2) to the Microsoft Store.
The certification report tells:
10.1.2.10 Functionality
The product's primary functions are not useable. The issue was observed on multiple devices running Windows
(Add repro steps as needed.)
But they do not give me more information about it.
What would be the primary functions they refer to ?
Where can I get the screenshot or error text in order to fix it?

Same problem.I don't understand. I have explained each testing step in detail, but the review team neither carefully read nor understood the basic logic of the product, and just gave the exact same rejection reason as last time: The product's primary functions are not useable. Do they even look at the testing steps or emails?
