Phone number did not pass security checks microsoft

Hello,

I'm trying to create a E5 Subscription but when I get to phone verification step for the last 2 weeks or so.
I get an error while trying to send the code to my phone number:

We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:
Your phone number did not pass security checks.

I've been using this phone number for over 20 years.
Tried also the phone of my wife and other phone numbers

The exact error message:
We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

Your phone number did not pass security checks.
MS-CorrelationID: dd0ee92c-5d52-4c35-9d3b-12e3dedb2bb9

Code: 40341

    The Microsoft 365 Developer Program recently made a change regarding the phone number used for validation when creating a new tenant. In the past you could use the same phone number for validation multiple times, now you cannot. In addition, if you have used the same phone number for validation multiple times in the past, that phone number may have been added to a blocked list meaning that it can no longer be used for validation.

    In your question you said that you tried multiple phone numbers so maybe this doesn't apply to you but I thought it worth mentioning just in case.

    I'm facing the same error, with no obvious explanation:

    "Set up your Microsoft 365 E5 configurable sandbox"

    "We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

    Your phone number did not pass security checks.
    MS-CorrelationID: 73a8a1c6-d118-4dfc-9a18-96f0cb9d616f

    Code: 40341"

    I believe that I need to own an E5 subscription to qualify for online or phone support. At this stage I was planning to enable a developer E5. Any ideas?

    If you are trying to redeem the offer of a new developer sandbox, there are currently service issues preventing most customers from redeeming the offer. We're sorry to hear that you are having issues joining the developer program. We're also updating the error message to be more specific.

    Country-specific outages

    We recently had some service issues and many countries were temporarily blocked from joining (including yours). This issue has resolved but note the following: Geographic limitations. For technical and security reasons, the Microsoft 365 Developer Program only supports a subset of countries/regions listed here: Microsoft 365 International Availability. We review our supported country list regularly. If you are unable to sign up from your country or region, then it means we do not support it at this time. Membership benefits
