Bug: Process Explorer 17 "System theme" does not use system theme

It appears that Process Explorer 17 added theme support, but when running Windows in High Contrast mode, the "Use System setting" theme doesn't actually use the system theme and instead paints part of the window (menu bar and process list headers) white (same as if White theme was selected):
