If you are on the OOBE setup screen, you can use Shift+F10 and use this command: "OOBE\BYPASSNRO".

Is there a way to disable the "Checking for updates" screen that's part of the windows 11 OOBE? Also, is internet connectivity required for OOBE when deploying a custom Win11 Enterprise image? If so, i may need some info on what the network requirements are so i can poke some holes in the firewall.
