Deploying software and updates using Configuration Manager
If you are on the OOBE setup screen, you can use Shift+F10 and use this command: "OOBE\BYPASSNRO".

Is there a way to disable the "Checking for updates" screen that's part of the windows 11 OOBE? Also, is internet connectivity required for OOBE when deploying a custom Win11 Enterprise image? If so, i may need some info on what the network requirements are so i can poke some holes in the firewall.

@AllenLiu-MSFT if you can post your reply as an answer then i will mark it as the answer. i only have a "mark as answer" button on your first response (which isn't the answer).
Here is the answer.
"I'm afraid we cannot disable this as part of sysprep."
@AllenLiu-MSFT This looks to be non-enterprise related. is there a way to disable this as part of sysprep?
