Below the Suggestion I got, but this is also not a proper workaround.
To protect these virtual machines with Site Recovery, exclude the disks that have Docker installed on them.
@Anjul Awasthi When include a docker disk with ASR... is it just an issue with docker not working or does ASR exhibit some sort of error / issue?
@SadiqhAhmed-MSFT No haven't check the feasibility of replication yet....as we did the POC for a couple of servers only and docker VMs wasn't part of that :)..in common questions I heard about it so needed a clarification

Hi @SadiqhAhmed-MSFT Apologies for my delayed response, I couldn't test it as we have already concluded our POC and the POC infrastructure was disposed later. Though, I got below response from some of your MS colleague on docker support and compatibility.
"Linux VM with docker devices that are not device mapper based is not supported." and in our case most of the systems docker using devmapper storage driver. I think the installations on RAW disks would have fall under unsupported so you can check internally.

I have just started a POC of ASR for our on-premise hyper-v.
And as we use docker running on a ubuntu VM I was concerned about this.
But I have tested a failover of a VM running docker and everything seemed fine.
So is this still valid?
@Adam Cleworth As per support matrix:
VMware VMs and physical servers: Docker disk configuration is not supported. Doc link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/vmware-physical-azure-support-matrix#storage
However, Hyper-V support matrix - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/hyper-v-azure-support-matrix there is no mention of dockers. So, it could be possible to replicate Hyper-V VMs with docker configuration to Azure.
