SCCM Server Patching not working on a handfull of Servers

Morning everybody.

I am using SCCM to patch my multi domain environment. for over the last month I have between 30 and 50 servers all ranging between Server 2012 R2, Server 2016 and Server 2019 that are not getting patches. These devices are showing up in SCCM monitoring for that patch as Unavailable. If I go to the server in Assets and compliance the client is showing as communicating. I can use Remote control to connect that device and application deployments are going to these devices without issue.

I am running SCCM version 2107.

Boundary Groups:
There are 8 Distribution points (not including the the Management server) Several Servers tied to each DP are getting patches. All devices are getting software deployments. So I am 99.9% confidant that I do have a boundary group issue.

I have gone through one of the servers and Reset WMI settings, Reset the SoftwareDistribution Folder, uninstalled the SCCM client and reinstalled it. I have gone through the logs (attached) and not really finding anything.

    Hi,

Please check the boundary and boundary group of the affected machine. It should have the correct WSUS server added. As per the logs attached, the client machine is not getting the location of WSUS due to which it's not able to identify which update is required for the machine. After adding the WSUS to the boundary group, run the scan cycles and then monitor.

If it still does not fix the issue, then please share the following logs for review:
    locationservices.
    scanagent.
    wuahandler.
    policyagent.
