Hi,
I have office 365 need to disable my users email signature.
I have created policy to disable that. The policy work if I go and send a new email to someone the signature doesn't shows up on there, But I can still edit and add signature from the Include button. Is there a way to disable those settings as well.

Thanks for the answer, however the path for office 365 is this
"HKCU:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\common\MailSettings"

I had followed the guide on the above links. Registry shows the GPO has applied and changed have taken part, but the signature is not being removed and users are able to set up email signatures. I am using O365. Is the anyone with an idea of what I should do?

It seems you have to create an add-in for Outlook to do that.
