Disable User's ability to change the outlook signature VIA GPO?

Hi,

I have office 365 need to disable my users email signature.

I have created policy to disable that. The policy work if I go and send a new email to someone the signature doesn't shows up on there, But I can still edit and add signature from the Include button. Is there a way to disable those settings as well.

    It seems you have to create an add-in for Outlook to do that.
