What challenges did you face during the development process?

I'm a computer science student, and I thought about converting this website [https://sublimationhome.com/] into PHP, site is built on WordPress CMS. but I'm not sure it's the right decision or not. I'd like to get some advice from someone who knows what they're talking about.

There were several challenges that I faced during the development process. One of the biggest challenges was time management. We had to make sure that we allocated enough time for each task and that we stuck to our timeline. Another challenge was making sure that all of the features we wanted to include were compatible with each other. We also had to make sure that our game ran smoothly on a variety of devices and operating systems.
